How much does renting a limo cost?
The cost of a limo varies depending on the customer’s needs. Rates increase on Fridays, Saturdays, and during prom season. We will work with the customer to meet his individual needs and are proud to offer affordable, competitive pricing.
How do I pay?
We require a credit card to make a reservation or “hold” the limousine for you; however, customers are able to pay later on in cash. If a customer does not have a credit card, we can make arrangements for a cash deposit to reserve the limo. Legacy Limousine has special payment options for corporate customers. Most corporate clients keep a credit card on file. If you have questions about setting up a corporate account, please call us! We will work with your company to meet your specific needs.
Who do I pay?
Legacy Limousine will bill your credit card or collect cash at the time of service.
When do I pay?
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash payments are collected once the driver arrives to pick you up.

Are you competitive with other companies?
Absolutely, we recommend that you look at other companies’ websites to compare pricing and call them to ask about their policies. Legacy Limousine will quote you using all-inclusive pricing, which INCLUDES gratuity to the driver.
When would I be able to come see the limo?
We welcome any potential customer who would like to view a specific limousine. Please call to make an appointment and we will be glad to accommodate your request.

1. All Deposits are NON-Refundable
2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
5. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. Not salted, accidents, etc.)
6. Not responsible for articles left limousine
7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
9. Cancellation Fee will apply to all hourly runs of 50% if notice is less than 72 hours.
